Off The Rails Recovery’s primary goal is to end the stigma of addiction through open discussion on all things recovery related. This podcast is for anyone who has been affected with addiction. Off The Rails Recovery is ran by three guys (Dave, Jared and Mark) who are all in the early stages of recovery. They will be talking about a wide range of topics affecting their recovery as well as interviewing guests and hearing their recovery stories. Will also be having professionals on the podcast to give advice and their experiences in the world of addiction

Tim Lodgen joins the guys for an incredible interview. Tim grew up in a pretty normal household, spent a lot of time with athletics and had a lot of success. The party scene came on around grade 9 for Tim and sports took a bit of a backseat. Join the Marines after high school but fell back into the drinking and drugs once he was out and starting to work full time.Tim tells his story and great detail with lots of drinking, drugs, injuries, trauma, with a lot of other lessons learned and not learned along the way.Now 17 months sober, Tim is killing it in recovery and we're so grateful he jumped on the podcast to share his story with us and others.
